PORTFOLIO

D’ANGLETERRE

Following a three-year renovation of the entire property, the legendary Hotel d’Angleterre, Copenhagen, member of The Leading Hotels of the World, IHA subsequently brought the hotel to new levels of luxury, implementing a bespoke training programme and improving financial performance. The guests always recognize the outstanding level of intuitive service that is experienced all along their journey.

The agility of the Covid-crisis management allowed the hotel to keep its competitive positioning and deliver very high performances post-pandemic. The distribution strategy, implemented in 2015, of not using OTA’s, proved to be successful in the long term, with limited distribution cost and a full control on rate parity.

LIVING BY ALFA

IHA is a key partner to ALFA Development on the journey of merging residential real estate and hospitality. We were selected thanks to our specific expertise and sense of customer-centricity, which perfectly aligns with the future of this concept . While IHA’s core business is hotel management, our expertise in conceptualization and service delivery among other reasons, helped us make the decision to join the adventure. ALFA Development’s commitment to sustainability is a key component of this development.

This is a value that IHA fully shares, and we feel that this is a great opportunity to further grow our sustainability expertise from early stages of a building development. In 2023, we fully organized the opening of on-site restaurant Olea Kitchen & Bar and a take away a few months later. Our operations expertise allowed a smooth opening and a high customers’ satisfaction.

HOTEL METROPOLE GENEVE

IHA introduced a comprehensive programme to return the historic Metropole to its landmark status following its rebranded from the property’s alliance with a hotel chain in 2016.

A short-term strategy ensured long-term success and a smooth transition to stability and continuity. The client selected IHA for its clear vision – the transformation of the Hotel into a lifestyle property that welcomes the local Geneva community as well as travellers from afar.

IHA initiatives included optimising Revenue Management, building a strong global sales team, creating a new website aligned with new digital marketing efforts and affiliation with Preferred Hotels, while Food & Beverage initiatives appeal to the local market.

IHA won the hotel’s long-term management contract in 2018, and continues to develop the property including a complete redesign of guest rooms, meeting spaces, restaurants and public spaces.

RESTAURANT-HOTEL DU PARC DES EAUX-VIVES

Since 1750, this property has been perched at the top of Parc des Eaux-Vives, offering a peaceful retreat under 2 km from Geneva’s city center. Its location provides easy access to the city’s attractions while being surrounded by natural beauty.

Drawing on its past, we helped the venue successfully reposition to meet evolving market demands, transforming it into a year-round destination.
